Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Hitters Lineup collects, why, and what you can do about it. The Hitters Lineup is made by Joint Innovation Group.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email address or username, and password (stored encrypted by our login provider).
• Player info you enter: player first and last name, jersey number, how to pronounce the name, and an optional photo.
• Audio you upload or record: songs, walkup clips, warmup songs, and voice recordings you use for the announcer.
• Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Basic technical data: login sessions and error logs needed to run the app.

How we use it

Only to run the app: logging you in, building and playing walkups for your team, making announcer audio, processing purchases, and sending account emails such as verification and password resets. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking for advertising.

Who can see it

Your team's coach and admins can see the players, photos and walkups on their team. Other parents on the team may hear walkups during games. We share data only with the services that run the app:

• Supabase (database, logins and file storage)
• Render (app hosting)
• ElevenLabs (announcer voice generation; receives the announcer text and any voice recording you use to create a custom voice)
• Stripe (payments)
• Email provider (account emails)

Children

Accounts are for adults. Players are often kids, so their info is entered and managed by a parent, guardian or coach. Kids do not create accounts. A parent can change or delete their player's info at any time, or ask us to by email.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Account. That removes your login and the custom voices and sound effects you made. Players and walkups belong to the team, so the coach can remove them, or you can ask us to. Email info@jointinnovationgroup.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Security

Songs and photos are stored privately and are only reachable through short lived links for logged in team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
